CROC WARRANTY POLICY

Your CROC products are guaranteed to be free of any manufactured defects or defects in workmanship, for 1 full year from the point of purchase.

Our warranty does not cover any physical damage caused by misuse or mishandling by the user. Normal wear and tear , Wrapping cord around the iron, dropping unit, product build-up or scratches on the plates, broken housing, loose plates, using wrong voltage, unauthorized modification , tampering or attachments to the unit, and neglect in safety ,regular maintenance, and improper usage of the CROC products will void all warranty claims.

In order to properly register your CROC unit and activate your 1 year warranty, you must fill out your original warranty card completely and include a copy of your original sales receipt then send it to our service center. If a warranty card is received without all the information fields completed, your warranty is void. Your warranty protects your CROC product to be free of defects in workmanship and manufactured defects. Proper completion of the warranty card process is mandatory for full warranty benefits.

In the event that you experience a problem with your CROC unit due to a manufactured defect and you are within the 1 year warranty period, you may send your iron back to our facility for a repair or replacement. We do require the following items for consideration of the repair or replacement. Please include the following information included with your iron return;

Provide a valid copy of your original receipt.

Receipt must provide the following information:

Date of purchase

Place of purchase

Item purchased

Amount paid for Item

*We do not accept credit card bills as a valid proof of purchase

Please include all contact information;

Name
Address
Telephone number

Include a brief description of the problem that you are experiencing with your iron.

This will help to expedite the turnaround time.

$15 Shipping / Service fee ($40 HI, AK, PR), paid by cashier's check or money order made payable to Turbo Ion Inc.

Expedited shipping options may be arranged for additional fees.

Our turnaround time is 5-7 business days from the date we receive your item. Please allow for shipping time back to you.

We are not responsible for items that are lost or stolen through transit. We recommend that you use UPS, Fedex, or registered mail when sending returns back to our facility.

Items that have been dropped or items that have been damaged due to user negligence, and items purchased on EBAY or other unauthorized internet retailers , will not be honored under the CROC warranty.

To ensure that your return is processed promptly and accurately, please call us at 888-333-7889, Mon-Fri, 8:30am-5pm PST.

*Walk/in returns/repairs are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. If you do not have an appointment, you will have to leave your iron for 2-3 business days and a representative will contact you when it is ready.
